Mercury customises its work to each property, so a quote starts with a few plain facts about yours. What kind of building is it, which common areas need attention, and how often. Write it the way you would tell a new board member or property manager. The office reads every request and takes it from there.
Prefer to talk it through? Call (206) 374-7777 and describe the job out loud. Either way, you end up with a quote built around your building, not taken from a price list.
How the odd jobs get quoted.
Junk hauling is priced on the weight and volume of the items, which is worked out after pick-up. Tell us what is going and where it sits in the building, and the office will explain how it works.
Pressure washing is quoted directly, so call or write and describe the walkways, entries or hard surfaces.
